Community Membership Terms and Conditions
These Community Membership Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the IPPA (the “Community”). By becoming a member of the Community, you agree to abide by these Terms and any additional rules or policies provided by the Community organizers or administrators. Please read these Terms carefully before joining the Community.
1. Membership Eligibility:
- To become a member of the Community, you must meet the eligibility criteria set forth by the Community organizers.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when joining the Community.
2. Membership Rights and Responsibilities:
- As a member, you have the right to participate in Community activities and access resources and information made available to members.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership credentials (e.g., username and password) and for all activities that occur under your membership.
- You agree to treat all members with respect, professionalism, and courtesy, promoting a positive and inclusive Community environment.
- You will not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior within the Community.
3. Community Conduct:
- Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You shall not engage in any disruptive, harmful, or illegal activities within the Community.
- Any content shared or posted within the Community must comply with intellectual property rights and not violate the rights of any third party.
4. Termination of Membership:
- The Community organizers reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at their discretion, with or without cause.
- You may terminate your membership at any time by following the Community’s specified procedures for withdrawal.
5. Privacy and Data Protection:
- The Community may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By joining the Community, you consent to such data processing practices.
6. Amendments to Terms:
- The Community organizers may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. Disclaimer of Liability:
- The Community organizers and administrators shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your participation in the Community.
8. Governing Law:
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Jurisdiction.
By joining the Community, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any other rules or policies provided by the Community organizers. Your membership is contingent upon your compliance with these Terms.
